Instore Returns Policy
Items can be returned (within 14 days of purchase) for exchange or credit note valid for one year from date of purchase. You must present a valid receipt or your return will not be accepted.
We do not refund items purchased in-store unless the item is faulty.
Online Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date your order is delivered.
- Items returned outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original saleable condition.
Online Returns
To start a return, simply log into your account on our website (account icon at the top right) and follow the returns process.
Once your return is approved, we will email you a returns label. You can then drop your parcel at your local Post Office. The cost of the returns postage will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you wish to avail of free returns, you can bring your items into one of our Stores:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
